The story
Some projects are special in every way. OneEightyOne collaborated with The Department to design tailor made E3S LED modules that could easily be inserted in the perforated lighthouse construction of the MSC Ocean Kay island in the Bahamas. The entire lighthouse facade became a pixel controlled light surface which is used in spectacular light shows after the sun set. 39 DiGidot C4 Live 8 controllers were used on the bottom of the lighthouse to control 14.000 RGB pixel modules, the end result is breathtaking!
